We're going to assist you in logging back into your account and outline the main functionalities available once logged in. Can you perform the following steps?
- Open the Bringme App mobile
- If you are already logged in, you can go to the "Profile" tab to see under which email address you are logged in.
- If you are not logged in yet, enter your email address or mobile phone number. After entering your email address, you will receive an email, or if you have entered your phone number, you will receive an SMS to verify your identity.
Once logged in, you can access the following features in the app.

Profile - Account Tab:
- Upon logging in, navigate to the "Account" tab to view how your first and last name appear on the Bringme Box screen.

Profile - Settings Tab:
- Access the "Settings" tab to toggle notification settings on or off.

Profile - Key Tab:
- In the "Key" tab, you can unlink the connected badge, useful if it's lost, for instance.

Home Tab:
- On the home screen, get an overview of all transactions associated with your account.

Connect Tab:
- Explore the "Connect" tab to find "My Boxes," where you can see the ones you are linked to. This is important as it allows you to check whether you are connected to a location. If not, you can request the administrator or property manager of the location to connect you so that you can use the specified Bringme Box. Note that private boxes are not displayed in the app until you are connected, and you can find them in "My Boxes" after establishing the connection.

Start Tab - View Access Code:
- Under the "Start" tab, locate "View Access Code" to find your QR code or access code. Use this code to sign in to the box
- Deliveries:
Here, you can check all your deliveries that have not been picked up yet
